When you book a session we calculate timezones for you and send email reminders before each session.

Integrate with Google, iCal, Outlook or other calendars, and your sessions will be added to your calendar automatically. Take one click payments when you link your PayPal or Stripe payment system.

Secure conversations

Conversations are organised by topic, you can share comments, files, videos and links. It's private, secure, and everything stays together.

Drag & Drop file sharing

Share files with clients with a simple drag & drop into the conversation. If you want to share videos, paste the link and the video will play inline.

Real-time chat

If you and your client are both online, you can chat in real-time. If you are busy then CoachingCloud will notify you via email to tell you there's something waiting.

MindLab studio is a great way to build modules and package content for people to use at their own pace. When you connect your PayPal or Stripe account, clients can purchase material with a one-click-payment and you keep 100% of the revenue.

How long has CoachingCloud been around ?

We launched our first online coaching product in 2005 for use with our corporate clients. A few years later we saw a big change in technology and we decided to take the best of what we had and build what is now CoachingCloud from the ground up.

How secure is CoachingCloud ?

We take security very seriously. We use 128-bit SSL encryption technology. All data is held on our secure servers based in Europe and encrypted backups are run on an hourly basis.

Can I add my own branding ?

Yes! We know how important this is to you. Your brand is your identity and you want your clients to know that they are part of your community so we include this with every community.

Can I add my own content and resources ?

Yes, you can add your own content in your MindLab area. You can charge for your content through CoachingCloud or offer it free of charge.

Can I charge clients through CoachingCloud ?

Yes! You can link your account directly to your Stripe or Paypal account then charge for sessions and content / online programmes.

We don’t take a percentage or charge a fee, 100% of the payment goes directly to you.

How many clients can I invite ?

You can invite as many clients as you wish at no extra cost. They can remain a member of your community even if you're no longer working on a One-to-One basis.

This makes it easy to check in, provide some support and book more sessions if required.

Can I integrate this with my website ?

Yes you can. You can have a link to a sign-up page or a pop up widget embedded into your website. This allows your clients to sign straight into your secure community on CoachingCloud. So you don't have to worry about any server setup or security, we look after that for you.

How does the pricing work?

CoachingCloud is priced by the number of coaches or mentors in your community, you can invite as many clients as you wish at no extra charge. This means that you never have to archive your past clients, they still have access to their account and this provides an easy way for you to stay in touch.

How long is the contract period?

If you select to pay monthly then you will be on a monthly contract. You can cancel at anytime and your community will be cancelled at the next monthly billing date. If you choose the annual price plan then you will be on an annual contract. We do not offer refunds after the 30 day money back period.

Is there a free trial?

We have a 30 day money back policy so if you change your mind for any reason you can ask for a refund within 30 days of signing up.
