How does the free trial work?
Just sign up and get started straight away. After the trail period simply choose the plan that suits you the best to continue using CoachingCloud.
Can I change my pricing plan at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, this can be done in the subscribeption tab of your settings in the app.
How long is the contract?
There are no long-term commitments. The plans are charged on a monthly basis and you are free to cancel at anytime.
Do I get a free trial when I upgrade my plan?
Unfortunately not. When you first sign up for CoachingCloud you we offer you a free trial, not when you subsequently upgrade.
What’s your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds on charges already incurred for the currently billing cycle. Should you cancel, your contract will run to the end of the current monthly billing period.
Will the price increase in the future?
Any future price rises won’t affect you, you will continue to pay the price you signed up to.

How do I get started?
Simply sign up for a free trial and you can get started straight away. There are hints to help you on your way (you can turn these off once you know your way). The best place to start is to connect with your trusted advisors and start setting your visions.

All data is served with 256-bit SSL encryption, the same level of security used for online banking.

Who is behind CoachingCloud?
Good question! There are 4 full time members of the CoachingCloud team as well as a few partners that we are working with. In 2005 we launched our first online coaching software app, we were a little early and mainly worked with corporate accounts. CoachingCloud is our latest offering that combines 30 years of software and 14 years of coaching experience.
Where is CoachingCloud located?
The software is on our secure cloud servers which are in London, the team behind it are also based in London.
Can I brand my page for my clients to see?
Not yet but this feature will be introduced when we launch the ProCoach plan.
Does it matter where I am located?
CoachingCloud can be accessed from anywhere with access to the internet, we have customers all over the world.
Do you have a partnership or affiliate scheme?
We have both. CoachingCloud partners work closely with us and act as our representatives. If you are interested in partnering with us please get in touch. Our affiliate scheme will be launching soon.
What support do you offer?

How is my data stored?
It is stored on our secure servers and backed up daily to an alternate secure location.
